SureStay Hotel by Best Western Twin Falls

Staff, especially Jaylene, were friendly and helpful. They gave me help and ideas about meals, shopping, and touristy things. I was in the area for a memorial service, and they were understanding. My room was clean and comfortable with plenty of towels and pillows. Parking was easy. Breakfast was simple and adequate. I was there four nights and enjoyed the stay.

Friendly ladies at the front desk, very accommodating. Parked close to the room. Ice machine close by. Very quiet. Toilet and shower separate from the sink, which is convenient when traveling with someone. Clean, vinyl laminate floors. Breakfast was very good, the lady was very attentive and kept the hot food fresh and the counters clean.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was incredible. Room was very clean and comfortable. HVAC was the best of any place we've been.

The breakfast was the best we had during our 3 week car trip coast-to-coast. There were options for vegetarians, vegans, and low-carbohydrate diets. An employee was present constantly replenishing items and cleaning.
